Tanishq Golden Harvet Plan Refubd Process...!!!
Have been waiting over 15 days didn’t got my money back.
I have been following up with your Tanishq Customer Care over 10 days now for my Golden Harvest Refund and all my connect is gone in vein no one there to help with quick resolution or my refund.
After I got your Google link to submit all my required docs for your refund procedure I couldn’t upload on that page so I manually attached all docs and send on 21st Nov I recieved a call stating that my bank account and cheque details are missing were in no one informed me earlier since 12th Nov no communication or contact all all.
Who suffered your Customer I am in need of money kindly release my fund ASAP I cannot wait for 10 more days with reference to your company Customer harassment policy as I already waited for 10 days and still haven’t recieved any proper answer or refund from your team.
I have been promised callbacks from your contact center supervisor all fake promises and fake scripted people you have employed in your outsourced call center.
I am really passed off and will never buy or recommend Tanishq to any one as you don’t have any rights to hold on my money if my money is not refunded within 24 hours I’ll file a complaint against you all in consumer court.
Waiting for a quick response / callback on my issue.
