Extremely unprofessional employees at this branch. The least they could do is offer the senior citizen water to drink - walking using a walking stick.
20+ years and counting valued loyal customers of the big brand Tanishq. This branch looked like some local jewellers shop. Most of the emplyees werent wearing uniforms. The young ones their were unable to understand our requirements too.
They were only pushing what they had without even checking or cross checking with another local branches if they have any products etc.
Heights is they made us go all the way to the top - Senior Citizen - walking stick. They neither had variety nor options nor choices.
BLR people are extemely friendly and they help us - in case their branch doenst have they check with other branches and need be deliver home too.
