Had been here for a friends birthday treat on Sunday and was surprised that I hadnt been to this awesome place before.
located 3rd Floor, Link Square Mall, Linking Road(Above Global Fusion) this place has valet parking, a very important aspect when you think of the crowded linking road lanes.
The place is spread across two floors. the lower section has indoor seating which fortunately or unfortunately was completed booked for a private party that day. we got a place on the open terrace section.
The place has enough day light and breeze coming in. the steps leading to the terrace has wooden steps and the entire walls are covered with quotes from leading sports players of all fields. a perfect place to click lots of pics with friends. the place has a few games like basketball, pool table, darts(chargeable though).
They have a well stocked bar at one end with high stool seating. a big table at the centre for group of 15people again with high stool seating. they also have comfortable sofa style seating. we chose the later. the bar menu is vast having lots of variety and the pricing varies depending on the day and the time you visit.
We were there around 1in the afternoon which was supposed to be the cheapest time to be there. and the drinks were superrrr cheap. although one thing is that the quality f drinks was good and not diluted unlike some places. we had music was ok but they have special DJ nights with world class DJs once a week.
We had 30ml shots of Old Monk(Rs65 can you imagine) Bacardi. two shots each of Silver Sauza and Gold Sauza Tequila shots(superb zing to it) from vodka shots we had Kiwi Coco(milder but good) Blue Shark( strongest of the lot) and Kamikaze. Kingfisher Premium to finish off with.
After drinking loads it was time for food. we ordered Paneer Chilly(spicy marinate paneer tender) Tequila Flamed Cottage Cheese( tangy, spicy and loads of flavours) Nachos with beans( pretty average) Aglio Olio Pasta with spaghetti( again very average, kind of just had olive oil and chilly flakes, bland in taste) Paneer Makhni(sweet cashew gravy) and rotis. finished off with Dal Tadka and Rice.
overall the food was brow expectations but the cheap drinks covered up for all. staff was quick and they have a buzzer on each table to call the service person( a good idea). a once a while visit place with friends.
