Tapzo is the cheapest and poor app for there service.
Hi, friends today I wanna tell you india’s cheapest service provider app TAPZO.
Today I had done a food order with tapzo that is fullfilled by swiggy.currently they are running a offer of 50% cash back with payment via amazon pay and there is a promo code to apply.amazon50 so I fill that code and process to payment.but directly they debit money from my tapzo balance not giving any option to pay via amazon.in any other apps when you use any coupon like this then there is only one option to make payment via coupons wallet. But there is nothing so I tried to cancel my order but in help option there is no any customer care no. And this is plus point for them nobody body contact them for any issue.
In help option I found a link to direct contact with swiggy to cancel order but when I do this I am on waiting for more then 10 minutes. So I disconnect call and mailed them and also tweet them. But only swiggy replies and still waiting for tapzo reply. But in all this process a delievery boy came at my door and when I tell him to back this order he said half of money will deduct against order.so I receive my order.
Now you all tell is it a good service given by them.
My suggestion is not to use this app because they are not replying .
