After the "much hyped" renovated opening of the Taraporewala, I was all excited and geared up for a wonderful experience! Well it turned out to be "all show and no substance"
Firstly, there was a long queue to get the ticket and then to finally get in. As we entered, the much "talked about" oceanarium was a huuuuuuge disappointment. The oceanarium was so small that anybody could easily miss it being there, if you walked fast! Then again we had to stand in a queue to reach the Freshwater Fishes section. The disgusting part was, while standing in the queue I could literally smell fishes.as in a fish market
Its a total no no.as you have to stand on long queue to get entry to the aquarium and also there is different line for tickets too.And after renovation there’s not much changes as it just got little bigger and central air conditioned.
RS 60 is not worth as you are not even allowed to take a snap.its just the outside of the building which is decorated quiet well.instead would like to be at chowpati and eat gola.
