I mean that which trainer will advice you to take steroids I mean who. So I am giving you a advice don’t go with Tarun Gill programs. I recommend that Gurumann program is best and genuine. So yuo you have your choice. Now coming to his products I ordered a vanilla whey protein powder from website but got a box with crushed biscuits and when I complaint about it and I got refund about in a month by complaining more than 15 times. So never ever go with him. Thank you.
