Highly unprofessional, illogical, unethical and insensitive security. I lost my Bag that I deposited with security, and they didn’t give back my bag even after I produced the coupon they gave me. The guy who was posted as security was reckless and retaliated saying he never took my bag when I requested its return. I had to get in cctv footage showing my bag deposit and me leaving without bag as evidence to convince them, apart from the coupon they give to gain the trust. STILL NO NEWS OF MY BAG that has set of my house keys, my mobile charger, fossil watch n other miscellaneous groceries.
HORRIBLE experience, coz ppl I gotta deal with has little to no consciousness of others pain n trauma and taken for granted attitude that its their right to flick whatever is useful to them with no consequence. I sincerely request management to improvise their process for customer belongings, its safe keep - return and ensure recovery if lost.
URGE YOU DUDES TO SUPPORT ME IN ENDING THIS KINDA ABSURD EXPERIENCE AS A SHOPPER.
