I have been a loyal Indica (2002 - LSI) customer for the past 5 years and have always used only one service station from the very beginning. The TASC is situated near Worli Naka, just off E. Moses road. Let me start off with the service personnel. They have all been there for a while and are a dedicated bunch. the service center is a busy one and you will have to take a service appointment a little in advance. At times, I have been given dates two months into the future. Once in, your car is in for a thorough checkup.
The technical aspect of the service is the gem. I have never come across any issues after the car has been serviced. The Customer Personnel who accepts your car is your single point of contact and will call you if they find any part that needs replacing. they will check with you and take verbal confirmation about the replacement before doing any further work. Car is usually delivered on time. I recently had my car overcoat painted as there were a lot of scratches on it. the job done was of a very high quality and I was very satisfied with the service.
Being a service center owned by Tata Motors, there is no question of pilfering parts or cheating. Very straightforward and good quality service. Exactly what one would expect from a Tata. Regards, Farzad
