Theres a big picture of Dalai Lama just behind the counter when you enter. Dont be mistaken, this aint for the kinds looking for relegious pusuits but the gastranomic ones. Well know that we know whats behind the counter, Ill tell whats on the counter.
Theres always either an iPod or a Laptop playing some awesome music. The place being real easy on the pocket is mostly visited by students. Lots of tibetan folk around and most of them are dressed up as punks. The menu is pretty simple.
Theres Shabaly, Shuptra, Chowein, Thianthuk and ofcourse the delectable momos. You will mostly see people eating momos out here - be it fried or steamed. Each table has ts own bowl of salad and garlic sauce to go wtih the momos (others too ?) I cant think of a better way to start my day on Brigade than by having a plate of freshly steamed Momos.
