I ordered around 12 and the delivery time they mentioned was around 12:50. But around 1 I got a call saying it was cancelled.
Again I did order immediately and it got cancelled around 1:40. Third time I did an order and estimated delivery date is 2:40 PM but I didn’t get till 3:30.
When I tried calling their customer service (which is not a toll free number) it is always in queue and nobody picks.
Why cannot they call and tell immediately if they cannot process order. Why they are waiting till the delivery time?
What benefit they get if they make customers suffer?
I will never go to tastykhana. They fool people by giving discounts so that people will get attracted as I do. But at the end, the waiting time is not worth for the discounts.
I have been hungry for 3:30 hours and still cannot get hold of them. I would say never ever go to tastykhana. Foodpanda is better
