We have ordered Tacos and butter sandwiches grilled. But due to unavailibility of tacos we modify our order and instead of tacos we ordered 6 pieces of Coslaw- Grill sandwiches. Our order time is 4:50PM and it was confirmed on 5:55 pm. And we receive the same after 7:30pm. And after waiting long time, What we receive is Simple butter sandwiches and 5 pieces of simple Coslaw Sandwiches instead of 6 pieces. And the wondering thing is that all Sandwiches we ordered are grill and we receive simple sandwiches. As a proof we take photograph for the same. Per
Grilled sandwich cost is Rs.60 and simple sandwich cost is Rs.30. You can see the difference how shopkeeper loots us. After receiving order we tried about 20-30 times on his mobile regarding this but he didn’t receive our call.
After a long time the shopkeeper pick up the phone and told that "He never give the guarantee. He told that he has sent the items that was told by tastykhana". Please sort out this. This was pathetic. And we are extremely dissatisfied. We need full refund of order. As the quality of food is also worst. Half of food we dumped into dustbin.
We don’t want to use any more service with tastykhana as it was a horrible experience.
