I had the worst online experience with tastykhanna.in. Don’t opt for online payment at all as I too used once, placed an order, made online payment, didn’t receive any food in the end. The service was pathetic, backed by very bad customer support who won’t even answer your calls once they know theres an issue
To summarize the whole experience I would say I had to sleep hungry because of them as the got me stuck in the middle of the night with no food. Bad customer support with false promises.
My sincere advice would be stay away and don’t even think of ordering from here. It is just a waste of time and energy. I am still waiting for my refund from this guys...dont know when I will get it....no way to track it as well. I guess they don’t have any systems in place.
They just wanted to start the website as soon as possible and have avoided basic things that are needed, what good is a website if we are not served with food in the end.
