Worst service ever experienced.


I would request you not to believe these guys as they do not have a clue about what food means to the person who has ordered it. They do not have any control on their listed restaurants. They do not even know how to provide in time updates to the customer even after they are in food business in which they can’t keep customer waiting indefinitely.


Let me explain you the incidents which happened with me recently:




  1. My first order no. Was NCXCEKFP4I which I had placed at 8:07PM on 4th of October. I received confirmation e-mail from them that my order would be delivered by 8:47PM. After this I did not get any communication from them. Not even the notification whether my order has been forwarded to restaurant. After waiting for around 25 Mins, I tried to track my order on their website under track order function provided on their website which showed my order as cancelled however in order history page, its status was in process. I called their customer care to ask about the order and the response to every question that I was putting was that my order is not cancelled and I will be getting a callback from them.




It was my first time dealing with them, so I believed them and waited for their call. Then at around 8:40 PM(seven mins. Ahead of promised delivery time), I received a callback from them that my address is a bit far from the restaurant, restaurant is not having any delivery boy free due to rush and I will have to pick my order myself which was not possible as I had some guests at my home for whom I had ordered the food. I asked them to cancel the order. It was my first order with them, so I trusted their words that the service providing restaurant is having issues of delivery persons. So, I gave them benefit of doubt and decided to choose a nearby restaurant for which I was sure that it does the delivery to my address.




  1. My second order no. Was NCXEJIFPHN which I placed at 8:48PM after cancelling my first order. After 10 mins, when I tried to track the order on their website again under track order function, it again showed my order as cancelled again in order history page, its status was in process. This time to be sure, I again proactively called them to just to get the info whether my order has been forwarded to the restaurant or not. I was not concerned about the delivery which was to be done by end service provider i.e. Restaurant. I was just asking about the actions which they had to perform at their end i.e. Forwarding the order to the restaurant. To my surprise, the person who attended my call could not provide me this piece of information and just like last time, they were just giving single line reply to every question that my order is not cancelled and I will be getting my food at promised time. I asked the person attending my call to transfer the call to his senior in case he could provide me with that small and simple piece of information i.e.




Whether my order has been forwarded to restaurant or not but he rudely told me that he was the floor manager and there is no senior person to which he reports. Then I felt that probably these guys have so poor backend infra that they cannot know the name of person handling the order from their end at any point of time. The fact that their "track order" and "order history" functions show different statuses for a order at same point of time also reenforced my notion. I even tried to tell him about my bad experience with them in the previous order a few minutes back, but the attendant was least bothered about it. In the end I decided to wait for some time for their callback as the delivery time for second order was approaching. Then at around at 9:20 PM I got the much awaited callback from them and as expected, this time also the told that they will have to cancel my order as restaurant is not picking up their calls despite multiple attempts. So, my quest for food with them ended up after wasting around 2 hours along some add ons like "experiencing embarrassment" of keeping the guests waiting for the food.


But on the other side, I learnt that we should not believe such inexperienced guys in case if food requirement is urgent. In those cases, its better to rely on these two kind of people:




  1. Our own tested and trusted nearby restaurants who take our order directly on phone and have been tested by us. They might not offer luring discounts, but still we trust them to live up-to their promise.




  2. Big Food chains like Dominos, Pizza Hut etc.






This was my experience. If you still want to try them, you are free do it at your own risk.
