Tastykhana has 3 amazing features.
They’ll take up to an hour or even more to process your order, sometimes only to cancel your order in the end.
Their customer care won’t respond. They won’t reply to your emails, won’t take your calls but put you on hold for 5-6 minutes while the call isn’t a toll free one and they also won’t respond if you contact their social media pages.
The refunds are fast only when you take them as trinkets. And that sucks because who’d want to order again after such an experience.
My request to TK people, stop this nonsense and get back to whatever you were doing before you started this because this clearly isn’t working out. I’ll also be going to the customer forum to see what can be done to stop this atrocity but till then, guys, please don’t use this website. I wonder what did Foodpanda see in this to buy it!
PS: My review is based on my three different order experiences. One time the order was cancelled but I wasn’t informed. The restaurant had no idea they’re even listed on Tastykhana. Second time the order was delivered but in 2.5 hours after the placement. Third time the order was cancelled 1 hour after the order was placed. Yes, I was an idiot to try that three times. You shouldn’t.
