Worst service ever.
Orders take 1 hour to place and another hour to reach. Customer Service Representatives have no sense how to talk to customers. And the site has worst design as well as execution.
Please place your orders directly with the restaurant if you don’t want to stay hungry.
More than 3 times, placed an order, and the orders were not placed with the restaurant itself. At times they were so delayed that the restaurant was closed. They don’t let you know if the restaurant doesn’t pick up the call as well.
