Worst Experience! Would never use this site for ordering anything.As it was Friday yesterday whole team planned to order food from outside. First time we have used Tasty Khana site for ordering Pizza from Domino’s for my whole team for dinner as they had some offers running in the site.
Order was placed successfully at 9 PM IST and they were supposed to deliver by 9.30 PM IST and we have selected Domino’s Raheja Mindspace Hyderabad branch to deliver us the Pizza using TK site.
We received call at 9:32 saying your order for 1 PIZZA & Garlic bread is ready and we are dispatching. We were shocked to listen to them as we have placed an order for 3 pizzas & Garlic bread.
Asked them to verify the order once again and call us back. We received call after 5 mins saying SIR your order has been taken at Dominos Hubli branch(Karnataka) and he was teaching us how to place an order online.We starved till 9:45 and finally went out deciding we will never use TK going further.
Request to TK team. if you do not know how to maintain the site please shut it down and don’t fool the public with non-sense.
Attached is the order that we have placed. Bad experience and would suggest everyone to avoid this site. As they don’t even care if your food has been delivered or not also.
