Initially I fell for the offers offered by this site. My first order went well without any complaint. So I ordered next for a big amount on Diwali day. After the initial confirmation I tried to get in touch with them through mail, their Contact Us form and calls. No reply.
I couldn’t get in touch with the restaurant as well as the phones were switched off. Only once I got answer to my call from Tastykhana. I requested them to contact my number which they agreed to. Next they called up the other number given there with my order, which was my Mother’s and said the food was cancelled before and Tastykhana has their holiday today.
Immediately I received the mails for order cancellation during that time. Now I am waiting for my refund amount as well. Company is expert in fradulent activities so it seems, paying for a fradulent customer support team as well. This is the reason why they didn’t grow so much in 7 years as well. No question of going back to this site.
