I ordered at 11.30 n paid the bill online. the restaurant called at 12.30 n told that they could not deliver one beverage which I ordered n neither can they give me cash for that.as they did not have any other beverage(however many were mentioned on website of tastykhana.in).
The restaurant owner said tastykhana.in will take 3-7 days to refund my money in my account. When I called tastykhana.in after 2 days they had no clue about my situation n said ill get my money back after 3-7 more business days(making it 5-9 business days). The restaurants are not well informed n not everything is available from what they show in the menu online! DON’T PAY ONLINE!
There would always be a doubt on whether u would get what u ordered or not. If not. they might just keep your money fr 5-9 business days.n ask u to wait till it get transferred.
