I had a really bad experience. I ordered for lunch after which I was told the place was closed. The delivery would happen at 7 pm. Then at 7 pm I don’t get my food I again get a call that what I ordered is not available. Then another hour is gone on conference call.
The tasty khana person karan I think tells us that we can order anything its on them, the bill goes to around 960/-(my hubby looked at the menu as I had ordered continental and only Indian items were available). To which the conference call ends and the restaurant guy tells me that we will have to pay once the food is delivered. No Karan there.probably hung up without informing us how much can we order etc.
Then I ask the restaurant guy if he knows that some amt has been paid so he will have to minus that.which he refuses. So I am stuck and just tell him to hang up as I was getting call from Karan. Now I speak to him and he says that we can order till 600/- to which my hubby says forget it. Just ask them to give back the money and so I ask him for the refund and then I get a mail regarding some trinkets points! I mean what the hell. I want a refund and if not at least explain it to what are these points. Shameless u say. I was dumb to order online. I was so happy with a coupon code and discount but god it was so frustrating and irritating and I will never order from this tasty khana.
How easily you fool people with elaborate discounts and full fledged menu. What research don’t you even what timings do restaurants have and what’s the point of ordering online when it won’t be available 12 hrs! And can’t you guys do a simple check to what is available at these places? Or am I suppose to do that too. Might as well order from that place naaa.
Why was u not told at 4 pm(my order was SUPPOSE to arrive) that what I ordered is also not available and I can chose again and let them know what I can have instead. You have put up elaborate menus of eating place can’t you put its timing as well.would it kill you?!
Either you guys do something about this or else I am never ordering from you.
By the way.with this way I don’t think you will be having much of a customer base.
