When I placed my order they gave a time for delivery. The food didn’t come even after an hour of the delivery time. They took more than 2 hours since I place the order to get the food. When we called the actual restaurant, they informed us that Tastykhana has collected the delivery long back.
We kept calling Tastykhana and the delivery boy to know when the food will arrive. Every time I call, they will just say food will be there in 5-10 mins. Also when we received the food, my original bill was for 942 Rs. The delivery boy added 45 Rs extra in the bill manually by writing it as service charge.
When I showed him that the service charge of 45 Rs is already included in the delivery, he didn’t agree and refused to give the money back.
I have had the most horrible experience with Tastykhana. Not only delivery time issue, but also the price and the deception of the delivery boy was not acceptable. I would recommend everyone to avoid ordering from Tastykhana in the future.
