I baught a Car Air Purifier - Philips G5211 from Tata 1mg. The product arrived with an open box, open Heppa Filter and was evident that it was used or pre-owned product. I made a video of unboxing and took pics as well and launched an online compliant very next day.
They were firstly not responding and after much persistence, they are not taking any responsibility, asking me to directly follow with Philips. Despite that it is not a case where product has developed technical issue upon usage and a case where the vendor has replaced the filter and delievered an open box filter, Tata 1 mg is fighting hard with me that now I should follow up with Philips.
DO NOT ORDER ANY ELECTRONIC LIFE SAVING AND OTHER MACHINES FROM TATA 1 mg AS YOU WILL FACE HARRASSMENT AND TOUGH TIME WITH NO RESOLUTION. ALL YOUR MONEY WOULD GO DOWN THE DRANE.
