My father have Tata AIA life Insurance policy. Earlier when relationship manager came for the visit show us the preview of their plans, we are convinced and gone for leap year plan. But we were charged extra for pre contract then we complains to customer care and they are less knowledgeable and taken a lots of time to answer our queries. So we are less satisfied with their customer care services. We dont get proper updates of your policy on sms or mails.
Later we ask for any updates of your plans from the relationship manager but hardly he attends to us and hasnt give brief details about it. The leap year plan is offering less returns compares to other companies. Its takes long procedure for claims settlements and its very hectic for us. So I suggest to search for good insurance company rather than this, who are paying good returns to their policy.
