To seek clarification on my Policy. Dialled the toll free no.s which only 1 Customer representative attended who did not have any clue on the product & options. All that he could answer was

B. I shall arrange for a call back within 48 hours. I tried 7 times on the same toll free nos - the same person picked the call from Mumbai. Even after 48 hours no gentlemen bothered to call me back. Agent was a big fraud, just to get the commission he passed on the application. Hard copy of the claim was not sent till date. Any tom dick & harry can give you tata aig insurance but you will never get service from them. God save all those who have applied.
Have got my other 2 wheelers & 4 wheelers insured through new india assurance, iffco-tokyo, future generali, bajaj alliance. Last 8 years they have atleast ensured that customers call is answered to the complete satisfaction & basic features like settlement of claim are done even if its delayed by 1 week.
Poor show from tata group.
