I recently surrender my mom’s policy that was purchased several years back. I got all the documents signed from my mother along with authorization letter and visited their branch for surrender of the policy. To my suprise, they refused to do so and asked me to get my mom visit their office.
This was outrageous as my mom is 56 years old and she will have to come to their office that is an hour’s drive. They refused to send their executive to home and also tried to talk my mom into buying one of their new plans when she visited their office.
Besides this, their staff showed no interest at all in helping another aged customer sitting next to me in the office.
IF YOU WANT RESPECT IN YOUR OLD AGE, AVOID THIS COMPANY FOR SURE
