Don’t invest in This Fraud company just because it’s part of the TATA group. I have been running behind them for the last 30 days to surrender my policy but there is no way you can do this. Once you put money in this company just forget about the money. It’s gone!
On every call, I am asked not to surrender and they reject my surrender Request online. I told them it was a medical emergency but they still refused to pay my own money. If for surrender they harass an NRI like this then I can’t imagine their genuine claim process.
Think twice before putting your hard money here as once the money is with them you will never get it back.
