They are the worst company for any insurance. They keep asking unnecessary documents and try not to settle the amount.
I had raised the complain till 3rd level but no one was ready to listen to my complain. Finally I had to complain to Ombudsman where I got the settlement after 1 year.
I was surprise to see most of the cases were for TATA AIG and few other insurance in Ombudsman office. This shows that they are the worst company to take insurance from. I am attaching the pic from Ombudsman file.
