I have buy four health care+ policy for me and my family from Tata Aiggeneral insurance companey ltd, Your Tata Aig telephone executive ischeat me on telephone and misguide on telephone regarding benifit ofpolicy, actually I am looking for mediclaim policy, and he give mewrong information about health care+ policy,
I clearly askhim on telephone for hospitalization in the case of heart attack, andin one day my expences is goes up to Rs.1.50 lk. how much Rs. claimyour company is give to me? he told me you are in level 2 so in level 2there is up to 1.80 lk claim you can get.
After receivedpolicy document I socked to see that there is only Rs. 1000/- per day ican claim in heart attack when my expencse is up to Rs. 1.50 lk. I callto tollfree no. and cleryfy this policy, the told me this is a only daybasis policy, if you hospitalized for 7 day then you can claim only Rs.7000/-.
