I’ve taken Tata AIG insurance for My Kushaq car by paying 50k for full insurance..my car was hit by anonymous person when it was parked .i went to the showroom and submitted the claim.
It took 9 days for Tata AIG team to inspect my car and that too after multiple follow ups.
Car door has badly damaged so I was expecting door replacement for my car but Tata AIG is not ready to do that and told me that door replacement is not a part of insurance coverage...this is really pathetic service from them and no one should opt this service.
