I have been tying to renew my Car insurance online for the last 30 days. It never works. Customer service is horrible. I have written several emails to them, and I always get the same reply ’please try after 48 hours’. Its been more than 30 days and they are not able to fix this problem. They give a false assurance that the problem will be solved (but its still not solved in my case.. 30 days is a lot of time I guess).
All that I wanted is to renew my policy online (since I am abroad). But after reading all the reviews about Tata Aig, I am glad that I did not renew my policy with them. I will opt for a professional company.
If you are reading this review, please take my suggestion ’Never even think of Tata Aig’ for Insurance. They are worst in all the aspects.
