Incident #1
I renewed my car insurance online in 2013 and they send insurance document of 2012. When I highlighted this mistake they send again the copy of 2012. I escalated it and at last on the third time they send the correct document of 2013.
Incident #2.( My mistake of renewing with them)
I again renewed my car insurance online in 2014. But before that I requested for address change and they endorsed it. But they send the insurance document to old address and more over I didn’t received any receipt or acknowledgement of the renewal. I got it after few days when I requested.
This taught me a lesson not to go with TATA AIG in my life.
