I had insured my Hyundai i10 insurance with TATA, Zero Dept Insurance as my car was only 2 year old.
When I had to renew my insurance there are some damages which I was asked to repair before insurance renewal and I did that. After repairing my insurance was successfully renewed with Zero Dept Policy and I was assured that all things are covered now.
Recently now my car met with an accident and have got multiple damages. Now when I asked for claim the surveyor and his manager are totally denying it from paying and on argument they are responding with very harsh words.
He assigned another independent surveyor-Mr Mukesh Setia who is totally arrogant and with arrogant attitude he simply said, "Jo hota hai u do it. No one can do anything of me." Nothing is justifying. No claim would be given.
I mailed to head.Customerservices@tata-aig.com but after delaying my case for 15 days, they simply replied that pre damages cant be covered.
