Dear Sir, I am trying to revert to your mail id tataaigsupport@tataaigonline.co.in but always failed to deliver. Please have my feed back about your policy.
Earlier I have a policy from a nationalized agency in a lesser premium with higher value of vehicle with some gifts like dashboard signer, car perfume, car duster, napkin pack and ambipure room freshener etc. Also I got my policy at my office within 7 days.
But the Tata AIG policy is not received by me even after 8 months of premium. I had to make several calls to the agent but he didnt turned back to response.
Then I make complaints on the customer care but every time I have been told to tell my address and replied that, you will be getting your policy within 3-7 days. but I failed to receive that till the end of October 2013 when only three months were left to expire the policy.
However I got an e mailed copy of my policy mentioned that I would be receiving a complete kit of policy with card, and bag. but again nothing is received till date.
When I again called back to the customer care they told me to contact to the courier agency.
Also I have been regularly being disturbed by your representatives on phones during the official days and peak meeting meeting hours, without my prior consent to talk on phone
Is that my duty to contact to the courier agency to collect my policy? is the courier agency is responsible to me or to the TATA AIG the consignor?
I had the worst experience with the TATA AIG since last 15 years of cars driving.
Even though I want to give you one more chance by renewing my car policy. But I want the quick responses and prompt actions whenever I required, this time.
Please send some body to collect the cheque for renewal of my policy with the details of my no claim bonus.
