Tata AIG zero dep. Policy is bogus

I insured my swift desire car DL3CBL 3912 with tata AIG and got it renewed more than 30 days prior  on feb, 15.


As I was getting calls again and again for it.i opt for zero dep  coz the guy who sold the policy to me Mr Nikhil 088-262-7XXXX has claim that my car will be fully insured for any kind of damage and loss.


Now as my car met through an accident on 28 july 15 tuesday at around 9.30am in delhi.coz car ahed of me suddenly  applied its brakes without any reason in  running traffic.front bumper, bonet, car radiator and windscreen got damage at the same time some biker hit the rear bumper as well.


Coolent were also leaking from radiator.so I immediately rush to ghazipur competent before my car gets choked.and irony started.surver Mr. Dinesh 98113XXXXX came  after 4days and refused to give me claim for incident claim no. 0820045030A.


And said in my openion glass brakage and back side hit are not possible in accident.i requeted  him to give’claim’under the policy and not the’opinion’but he refuse and talk very very arrogantly as if I am asking for any favour.or begging for something.


He later force me to accept that these damages are old in front of his senior over phone, on which I request him to check inspection picture of car during renewal.where he agreed to pay the claim if damage were not found.


Bullshit has started again after finding absolutely no damage in old pictures.he again giving his openion only but not the’claim’of insuarance for which I paid for, I am suffering alot without car from more than 5 days.such harrasment with disgusting company with disgusting people, i do not want any negotiations on my claim.it is a paid service I bought.


But still my claim approval is pending.sales guy has raise his hands.harrasment is still on, this company should be ashamed of running such business.later today Mr.Dinesh made a statment "i will not approval your claim do what u can do".


My car is still in body shop waiting for approval of claim, after zero dep. Policy and advance payment to this third class insuarance company I am reciving huge amount of harrasment and suffering.Their website will show benifits but in reality you recive harrasment for paid service.Mr.Tata should get embarrassed and ashamed of such third class people for ruining his name and immediately should close this company.i would rate this company as(-10) advise other to stayaway.
