Some half barined marketting employee pursued me (stalked me) to buy their Healthcare+ plan and finally when I did, I did not receive my policy till now. Repeated emails, phones and SMS did not result in anyting. I am going to file a police complaint today.
I just wasted money on more SMS and phones. Its been more than 2 months and no response till now. I doint know what kind of people work there and if the company is interested in doing anyting for the custoimer.
I had the same experience with TATA AIG vehicle insurance aslo. nthey deducted money from my card on my agreement and did not send policy for more than 2 months. I dont know what would have happened if there was a claim in the meantime. Looks like they are over confident. it also took repeated phone calls, emails and fights to get the policy
