My bad experience they pass partial claim initially and finally reject the full, on one pretext or other. Although My car is insured from them from day one (Policy Number: 0150738492 01).They will verbally assault you. They will change their statements( even the written ones).Their complaint officialls will not respond.
My suggestions: You won’t find them in time when you need them. They are only with you, when you are renewing your insurance. Pay higher premium get your vehicle insured from Govt company. I am still working with Insurance Ombudsman for justice and not really for claim amount.
Believe me, my good, I was about to get a life insurance from them. Now saved. Thanks to TATA AIG team for showing their true colors by rejecting a small genuine claim of Rs 3200/-.
