The worst customer service on earth. How can these people this worst. Some telemarketing idiots made me take a health insurance policy and now I am on the run. Worthless idiots sitting in customer cant even understand or realize how messy or irritated one can get talking to them with all the anger inside against Tata AIG Health Insurance for fooling to believe everything is fine.
There is absolutely no readily information available with the one and only customer service number that is open to the public. They dont even have a e-mail id for customer service. I pray to GOD to give me enough patience to deal with this idiotic stupids with no real understanding of the ground reality of how bad and ugly their customer services and GOD bless bigger stupids who supervise the tele-operators. I am yet to get into their claim procedure. If anybody can help with that,
