I have paid the entire cost of the Solar System Rs 37919.00. It has been over 3 weeks and I following up everyday to get it installed. Till now they have not installed.
Once the money is given, they are least bothered to do the installation, forget about the future service.
I never faced these issues with any of the other Tata products Dealers. At my office we strictly follow Tata Code Of Conduct and Work Ethics.
I am not sure why Tata Solar is still entertaining dealers like Adithya Associates.
Adithya Associates ARE SPOILING TATA BRAND.
First time I am feeling why I have taken a Tata Product.
If I would have been in Tata Solar, such dealership would be cancelled.
