I took homeloan from tata capital in 2016 since then my problem started.
Documentation process is slow, sales guy keep on giving fake promises.
Customer support and backend operations are not at all dynamic, they need atleast 2months to update phone no n banking details.
Even after RoI reduction by almost all financial institutes from 9.5% to 8.5% they didnt agree to reduce, wven at same time offering new customers RoI of 8.6%
Never take homeloan from tata capital housing finance ltd. Worst service poor experience.
