Agent at branch are big liar they will make you fake promise to collect document and fees of processing fee.after that charges for drawing.and once they got it they will start you giving u date on date..u call customer carethey willsay contact your branch..the agen who cheated me his name was Abhishek Sharma ..he also take bribe from me n say I will process fastly after giving 45 days and spending 10 thousand rupees as I am a government employee.. finally the reject my loan without proper reason.really very worst experience...may b Tata is doing well in another place but here at Varanasi branch it’s full of 420 people .
