1) 15 minutes waiting time and listening through all the cr@ppy deals, before getting hold of any customer care representatives on phone.
2) Three promises (lies) by Tata Card representatives, none of which got done.
a) The shopping done on the day of applying for card will be considered for points - in the end it turned
out, that its not possible.
b) If I shop for more than Rs. 1000/- within first month of getting card - Ill get some (~100) additional
points, which never happened.
c) Joining fees will be reversed, if I shop for Rs. 3000/- or more within first three months- didnt happen.
I have been using credit cards for almost 6 years, and this was the worst experience till now.
I have asked them to close the card immediately, and waiting for the confirmation now.
