Tata card has been a good experience for me. I admit that in some retail outlets their machine to redeem points does not work. But so far, I’ve had a lot of benefits. I’ve got good discounts on tickets, bought a phone free, an oven virtually free, stocked my groceries more than once for free etc.
Customer service isn’t too vigilant and that can cause problems at times but they rectify the issues too. So far its been a great benefit.
