SBI has the reputation for Indias worst customer oriented bank. We never get replies for the complaints which are logged online. Reaching the customer care over phone is an uphill task and making him understand our problem will increase our telephone bills. Though TATA card has good features, since it has tied with Indias worst bank, I dont suggest this card.TATAs reputation is going down because of this card. Since the online service is handled by GESBI, they are asking card users to send a mail to customer.care@tatacard.com <non-existant email id>. I have been using other cards and definitely not recommend SBI cards.

I have stopped using the card after 2 transactions. SBI personnel came to TCS office and promised heavens and gave a rosy picture about the card.
