NO WAY YOU COULD REDEEM YOUR REWARD POINTS
T & C, says you would get additional reward point on TATA out lets like CROME, STAR BAZZAR, TITAN, TITAN EYE PLUS, WEST STIDE, etc.
Cust Care person says, you ask them to swipe your card on a special separate swipe machine, kept at the out lets.
ALL these shops are strangers to this program.
ALSO,
What so ever points you have, you could redeem at selected out lets listed in the site only.
NO OUT LETS have the REDEEM MACHINE in working condition.
In Short, TATA card which come with a lesser grace period of 50 days, is having no reward points of cash back which actually works. ITS ALL A EYE WASH
