In this era of customer satisfaction and customer sensitivity , here we have TATA SBI CARDS which have such a careless process that you just cannot make payments, it seems they have target to make profits only through interest over non paid amount.
The customer service team is not focused on the requirement and they are not bothered about the problems a customer is going through.
You all will be surprised that even the vice president has same attitude. I have tried to make payments through the following :
- Dropping a cheque - Failed , Lost by them
2. Dropped a cheque again - Failed , again lost
- Send speed post courier - Delivered in Gurgaon office , confirmed by Chief Post master on line evidence of delivery seen - Still the team claims that they have not recieved.
LIES is there great defence - They are outright on this.!!!
There are no offices in the city whome you can approach - highly unfriendly !!
If you have one close it ASAP.
