I own a Tata Credit Card for the past 1 year. All payments till last month have been in time. End of Oct.2008 due to Diwali I was out of station and therefore the due date for payment was missed. From the 1st week of November, 2008 the executives from Tata Cards have been calling me everyday asking for the payment. This is inspite of my having informed them, that the entire dues on the card will be fully paid on or before 15/11/2008.
Everyday, in the morning at 9.15 am, I get calls from the customer care that the payment is pending. On enquiring why they are calling me veryday, the customer care executive answers that it is autocall and therefore cannot be avoided. I have been holding credit cards for the past 18 years, this first time I have been harressed by any credit card company.
I will strongly recommend the readers not to apply to this card.
