It is a thief, stealer. They make bucks out of their own mistake. The worst area Customer Service-
They are least polite. As soon as you dial they tell the name so loudly as if they are obliging us by introducing themselves.
Statement for one month was not sent to me online(I have subscribed to e-mail statements).
I reported this after the due date since I never kept track of it everymonth but paid my bill in time. They neither reminded me nor did they send me duplicate copy when asked . They slapped late payment fee, finance charges and taxes over those penalties. When I asked to waive off that, they simply cut the line .. When I reported the matter to Vice president, he said I am helpless.
Recently I think the joint venture has some problem, or they have split. They have changed the site from Sbicard.com to Tatacard.com. they did not inform their customers and I was stranded in middle of month since I could no longer login to sbicard.com. When I called up customer care they just told me " It would be better if you login to tatcard.com . SBICARD.com is no more available." Bloody Hell.......they way they told w/o giving any reason. We are customres. Because of us they are there and the way told me " its better if you try tatacard.com .........." It is their duty to migrate us to new system or atleast inform us in writing or mail that please register on new website..
