1) Entire HR & Top Management are worse. No proper support at all b’coz the issues keep repeating itself even after interference of the HR Team in it in case of the 3rd party worse vendor who created issues for me which was a Nightmare!
2) Discrimination among employees under one roof.
3) Lots of inequalities among the employees under one roof!
4) So much of work is thrown on your shoulders such that you cannot leave for home
after your work hours and work is just so much from all different areas that even
if one sits for the entire day, it won’t get over.
5) Salaries doesn’t come on time. Different dates for different employees when it comes to salary credits.Why such discriminations? Such Bias & Cheap is this Worse company - Tata Classedge.
6) Employees on the payroll of 3rd Party are being expected to come to work on
Saturday(without being given an extra pay b’coz the company wants to save maximum amount
of money as they can) whereas all of those who are on direct Tata’s payroll are given an extra
privilege to take Saturday off every month as if we’re all on 3rd party payrolls aren’t humans
and we don’t have heart, we don’t have our own life & family back home to be with. This is just
ridiculous and didn’t expect such kind of cheap behavior from a Brand Name like
Tatas! They’re just not Humans!
7) While most of the employees are enjoying direct salary credits without the need
to get up from their seat, others are handed over cheque and made to get up from
their seat & rush to the bank for depositing.Very Very Cheap & Unfair behavior! Not only this,
the ones’ who’re getting salary in the form of cheque are deliberately given Salary
cheque only & only after the bank gets closed so that the company Tata can succeed
in not allowing an employee to deposit cheque & get salary credit on the same day
if its internal transfer. Shame on the Tatas’ for such cheap behavior.
If others are given the privilege of "Direct Salary Credit" than why not the same
given as a privilege to those being handed over cheque(Why, Why, Why?) and that too
at the end of the shift by making an employee wait after work hours and play the game of
mental harassment almost every month. Shame On The Tatas’
8) Tatas are such Cheap & Unfair or shall I term them as Cheaters(Don’t know how to describe
this) that they will make you to chase them & plead in front of them for getting your increments
done but they will dare not bother to listen and hung you in the mid-air for 6-7 months before
slapping on your face verbally by giving some xyz reasons and stopping your increment of the
entire 1 Year you worked and of another 7 months on hanging you in the mid air with
absolutely no assurance of when the increment will be given but no matter whatever the
reason or policy has to be, the employee has all the rights to get his/her increment right in the
very next month once a year gets completed else hanging in the air after a year for 7 months
and than the management turning away their faces with xyz reason to stop the
increment is extremely unfair towards an employee! Not at all Accepted! It’s such a sad thing
that an employee’s entire 1 Year and another 7 months hard work & over time is Not being well
Paid Off & Recognized in the form of a Good increment. Shame On The Tatas!
I wonder if the Chairman of Tata isn’t even aware of what’s exactly being going on with this
company Classedge who are using their brand name Tata to be in this competitive market?

9) While those on Tatas’ payroll get Sodexo Food Coupons, others on 3rd Party
payroll are being discriminated from getting the Food Coupons as if the company
Tata cannot afford it.This is the cheapest among everything else that I have and many other discrimination that I don’t even know of that otherwise I could have mentioned in this feedback.
SUCH A SHAME ON the TATAs!
Worse company, work at your own risk! Be ready to face all sorts of
Discrimination & Different rules for different employees right under the one
roof!
Please stop playing around with the emotions and hearts of young minds else the company Tatas gets nothing less than such negative feedback for all the wrong doings, discriminations & sufferings an employee had to go through!
I had lots of respect in my heart to work with the Tata’s but after going through these shameful discrimination and cheating done against me, I hate to be associated with any of the Tata groups for an employment in the future!
Everything was, has & will be right in front of the entire management team in Tata Classedge & I am sure they’re all Matured enough to understand the uncountable number of discrimination & wrong doings that’s being happening around right in front of their eyes(but still, they all weren’t bothered at all to pro actively correct the issues before it turns into a big mountain & why should such wrong doings even happen in first place in the company & make employees mentally suffer) right from the time I joined when it as Tata Interactive Systems till the time I left(b’coz of these discrimination & eating up my increment after hanging me in the mid air close to 7 months) when it became Tata Classedge so I need not advice the Top Management at all as they’re all Super Intelligent to realize their faults which gives birth to Hatred in the heart of an employee every single day.
