Horrible and irresponsible feedback for customer care! I reported that on monday I was able to use this code but the payment failed 4 times and my amount in the card was blocked.
Customer care told me to try on tuesday and "Coupon code not applicable" error since 22 sep 2020.
I was promised that they will resolve in 2 days and ever since till today I am following up to get an update.
I am being fooled around that it will be resolved but the truth is that I have being wasting my time.
I should have gone with another purchase with Amazon. Their service is outstanding for sure. Promoting to use tata cliq to make our indian brands sore higher, but there is no sincerity in the customer care to resolve issues. Rather they want to get off the calls.
