TataCliq shop online and have worst experience.

I ordered Prestige 41366 Delight 800W mixer grinder for my mother on 15 Nov 19. The order was placed through their app and I made a mistake by paying through net banking Rs. 3399.00 for this mixer. The delivery date was scheduled for 19 Nov.


First the delivery was delayed and we got it on 26th Nov and to my surprise the model was different from what was ordered. We ordered 800w a superior quality and the product delivered was 750w and inferior quality. I launched a complain through the app and every time the customer service executive calls back and said we are really very sorry sir we have put your complain to our digital dept and waiting for their reply. Finally they asked me to send the images of mixer and invoice copy to get it returned and will refund the amount as they don’t have replacement policy.


They are yet to collect the product from my home.


I advice you by from any where in the world but not from TataCliq. They are a big name in India but worst name in online business.


I wish I could have chance to give half star rating to them.
