The only option to contact them is through mail, and believe me guys the reply of the mail is very late, it will take upto 3 working day’s for them to contact you back. So be aware before buying products because you will not be able to return back.
Product quality: - guys the product quality of tata cliq is average you will get only those products which you use normally in daily life some extra products like which is not used in daily life is hard to get from tatacliq.
Delivery time: - tata cliq does not has its own delivery service they deliver their products using third party delivery system the main thing in this is if you want to return the delivered product you have to send them to the retailer by your own and once it reached to the retailer they will refund the amount in your wallet.
